Stampin' Up! Sailing Home Stamp Set
For fast, easy card making,there is nothing easier than working with Stampin' Up! Suites. Today I'm using products from the Come Sail Away Suite to create this easy card. The Come Sail Away Suite includes the Sailing Home Stamp Set, coordinating Come Sail Away Designer Series Paper and I used elements from the Come Sail Away Memories & More Card Pack to complete this card. The suite includes much more, including Sail Away Trinkets, a High Seas 3D Embossing Folder, Night of Navy/Sahara Sand Baker's Twine, and the Smooth Sailing Dies set. This suite has really captured my heart this season. I keep finding new ways to pair different elements in this suite. I needed a quick masculine card, and found this card was so easy to put together. Take a look at page 145-146 of the Stampin' Up! annual catalog for a closer look at everything in this beautiful suite.
The basecard for this card is Night of Navy. Then a layer of one of the prints from the Come Sail Away Designer Series Paper. Then I selected a striped print from the Come Sail Away Designer Series Paper and added it as an accent under the image layer. Then I created a mat of Night of Navy to use for my images. I added each image in the collage onto Whisper White.
I stamped the sailboat image and one of the sentiments from the Sailing Home Stamp Set in Night of Navy. Then I used two of the stickers from the Come Sail Away Memories & More Card Pack for the anchor and banner to complete the collage image area. And the card was done.
