Eye-popping print from the Sale-A-Bration Flower & Field Designer Series Paper

I'm showcasing another print from the Flower & Field Designer Series Paper pack today.  This Designer Series paper is a Free Sale-A-Bration selection that demonstrators can order as select as one of their gifts with their pre-order this month, and customers can select as a free gift with a $50 USD order beginning January 5.  I'm showing it with two different sentiments, both new stamp sets from the upcoming January Catalog catalogs.  One is from the Dragonfly Garden Stamp Set and the other sentiment is a free Sale-A-Bration selection called Heal Your Heart Stamp Set.  I used die cuts from the Forever Flourishing Dies to add additional interest...okay, a bit of drama... to this card, along with a very bright Crushed Curry Cardstock.  I tend to like more muted tones for my card creations, but this print seemed to call for brighter colors.  What colors will you use with the Flower & Field print?

The card above uses a basecard of Crushed Curry Cardstock.  Then a layer of one of the prints from the Flower & Field Designer Series Paper, matted with Old Olive cardstock.  Then I die cut several florals using the Forever Flourishing Dies on Basic Black Cardstock.

The sentiment labels were die cut from Crushed Curry using one of the Dies from Hippo & Friends Dies.  To create the mat, I took the die I used to create the Crushed Curry label and turned it over and traced the outside of the die onto Old Olive Cardstock.  It created the perfect mat for the sentiment label.   I colored a few Metallic Pearls using Basic Black Stampin' Blends, and added them the the corners of the sentiment.

The sentiments are from two of the new stamp sets.  One is from Dragonfly Garden, a new stamp set from the January-June 2021 Mini Catalog.  The other sentiment is from one of the Free Sale-A-Bration selections coming January 5, called Heal Your Heart Stamp Set.  The black ribbon is a retired ribbon that I had in my stash.

Get Ready for more Hey Chick fun

Spotlight on two Upcoming Sale-A-Bration FREE Selections

Oh my!  I opened one of the new, Free Sale-A-Bration 2021 papers, called Flower & Field Designer Series Paper, and I'm sooo in love with it.   Although the weather in Houston was a very pleasant 70 degrees, and feels like Fall, this new, beautiful watercolor print Designer Series Paper is a fresh splash of Spring.  A rich, vibrant, jewel-like Spring.  I paired with with Just Jade and Shaded Spruce Cardstock, In Color Enamel Dots, and Just Jade In Color Ribbon to create a very simple, yet dramatic card.   We're only a couple of weeks away from the start of Sale-A-Bration and some of my customers have started receiving the January-June 2021 Mini Catalog and the Sale-A-Bration brochure.  These were shipped on December 8, so you'll soon be able to turn to page 10 of the Sale-A-Bration Brochure to see the other lovely prints in this Free gift with a $50 Stampin' Up! purchase during Sale-A-Bration.  Demonstrators are able to pre-order items from these new catalogs now, AND earn free Sale-A-Bration gifts with their orders.  Customers will be able to begin ordering January 5 from these new brochures.  I'm sure you'll love this new Designer Series Paper as much as I do.

The card above uses a basecard of Shaded Spruce Cardstock.  Then a layer of Just Jade cardstock.  And then a layer of one of the prints from the Flower & Field Designer Series Paper, a Free Sale-A-Bration selection with a $50 order (not including shipping andn tax), beginning January 5, 2021.

The sentiments are from another Free Sale-A-Bration selection, The Heal Your Heart stamp set.  Also Free with a $50 order.  Spend $100 (no including shipping and tax) and order both the stamp set and the Flower & Field Designer Series Paper (155223) and the Heal Your Heart Stamp Set (155291) on January 5, 2021.  I used dies from the Hippo & Friends Dies to die cut these labels from Whisper White Cardstock.

The sentiments are both from the Heal Your Heart Sale-A-Bration Stamp Set, and they are stamped in Just Jade ink.   I created bows using the Just Jade 2020-2022 In Color Ribbon and added them to the card front.   Then I added one of the Just Jade 2020-2022 In Color Enamel Dots to each sentiment label.
