Today, I'm showcasing a charming, new Sale-A-Bration selection, Flight & Airy Designer Series Paper, plus another idea for creating cards with this paper to add to cards I've previously create . This card design used two different prints from the Flight & Airy Designer Series Paper, an attractive, new Pretty Peacock & Gold Metallic Ribbon from the January-April 2024 Mini Catalog, a sentiment from the Hooray for Surprises Stamp Set--also from the new Mini Catalog--, and a sentiment shape from the Natural Prints Dies from the Annual Catalog. I used a color combination of Lost Lagoon, Pretty Peacock and Basic White, which picked up colors in the print from the Flight & Airy Designer Series Paper. The fun of Purchasing from the January - April Min Catalog has begun, and the earning period for Free Sale-A-Bration selections is also underway. From January 4- February 29, for each $50 or $100 you spend, you can select Free items from the Sale-A-Bration Brochure. As always, Sale-A-Bration selections are available until out of stock, so my Shopping tip is to order from the new Mini catalog and Annual Catalog early so your Free Sale-A-Bration selections are available when you order. Then, use my sample cards as a starting point to create your own masterpieces for those you love. Everyone loves getting a handmade greeting card.
I used a die from the Natural Prints Dies to cut a Basic White sentiment and I cut a second sentiment label in Lost Lagoon. I cut the Lost Lagoon sentiment label in half horizontally, and used it to matte the Basic White label leaving a thin border showing. I stamped a Birthday sentiment from the Hooray for Surprises Stamp Set, added Dimensionals to the label and added it to my card. I also added a lovely Pretty Peacock & Gold 3/8" Metallic Ribbon and Bow to my card and added a couple of Lost Lagoon Faceted Gems from the Faceted Gems Trio Pack which carried over from the recently retired September - December 2023 Mini Catalog as a bit of bling.
