More Share What You Love

Today's card uses another print from the Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper from the Stampin' Up! upcoming June 1 catalog.  Its a reminder that you have only 1 week to purchase items from this suite early, before the June 1 catalog is release, and to receive free gifts depending on the bundle you select.  Download a brochure showing details of each bundle, here.  These free gifts are only available with the Share What You Love suite until May 31.

For today's card, I used a basecard of Grapefruit Grove, one of the new In Colors from the upcoming catalog.  Then I added a layer of Basic Black, and then an image block layer of Very Vanilla.  I dry embossed the Vet Vanilla Layer with the Lovely Floral embossing folder.  Then I added a scalloped circle Grapefruit Grove Layer, a circle of basic black, and a circle of the Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper.

I die cut a leafy stem of Old Olive using the Petals & More Thinlits.  used Basic Black as my Base Card.  Then I fussy cut some of the flowers from another print i the Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper mounted them on Dimensionals and adhered them to the lower portion of the circles.  !

I used the Grapefruit Grove twine from the new Nature's Twine set to create a small bow to accent the three flowers.

The sentiment is from the new Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set, a wonderful new set you're going to want to add to your Wish List because of the multitude of sentiments.  You'll reach for this set often because of all the perfect sentiments.  I die cut one of the label from the Stitched Labels Framelits mounted on a small strip of Grapefruit Grove.

Look through my Share What You Love Pinterest board for ideas for using this Suite.  Then decide if you want to purchase it now to receive free gifts or after June 1 when the new catalog is released.  You know you're going to want this suite.  Just decide which bundle makes the most sense for you.

Download a brochure showing details of each Share What You Love bundle, here.  Remember, these free gifts are only available with the Share What You Love bundles until May 31, 2018.

A Mother's Flair has a Sophisticated Flair; a stamp set from Stampin' Up!

A Mother's Flair

Today's stamp set is from the Stampin' Up! Occasions catalog, and it is one of the most fun, sophisticated stamps from that catalog.  I love sending cards with a sophisticated flair.  This set includes several playful images while also creating a sophisticated flair.   This is one of the cards we're making in Card Class this Sunday.  Read more below. Time is running out.  If you love this set, be sure to pick it up before May 31.

I used Basic Black as my Base Card.  Then I choose one of the new In Colors, Lovely Lipstick, as the focus color for this card.  Then a Layer of Whisper White, matted with Black for my image block.  There's a banner of black and white dots, one of the prints from the retiring Pick A Pattern Designer Series Paper Pack, running behind the image block.  I love the month of May, not only is it Mother's Day -- for the entire month-- but it is also the month where I get to use not only current products from Stampin', Up!, But new products as well.  That means I have so much to choose from that I sometimes overwhelm myself and don't get anything done.  Not so with this card.  It came together so quickly!

I used the water-color swish from the Work of Art stamp set to stamp behind the three high heeled imaged. It is stamped off once before applying to my image. I think it really sets off the simple images stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink.

The sentiment is also from the A Mother's Flair stamp set.  I stamped it in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a circle die cut using the Layering Circles Framelits matted with a scalloped black die cut circle from the same Framelit set.  I stamped the sentiment again in Lovely Lipstick and fussy cut the word Beautiful out and popped it up on dimensionals. This has so many cute images, I think I'll keep this retiring set for personal use.

There is just over a week left to pick up any Last Chance items you've had your eye one.  While some products are already sold out, check the Last Chance Products in my store now, before they retire on May 31.
