September Special Halloween Paper Pumpkin Kit Projects

  • Halloween Kit with 24 treat packages
  • Paper Pumpkin Unboxing Video
  • Fall Fall Card Class September 23

Stampin' Up! Paper Pumpkin Halloween Kit

If you're waiting for your September Paper Pumpkin Kit to arrive, you can get a sneak peek at the kit in my post today,  I've been anxiously waiting for this kit to arrive ever since it was announced as a special kit last month.  And it certainly didn't disappoint!

This kit creates 24 treat packages for Halloween, and with all items precut and scored, they are simple to put together.  I'm sooo ready for Halloween!!

The kit includes three different cello bag designs, a stamp set, ink spot and die cuts ,and a roll of black and silver Bakers Twine to create bows on your treat bag toppers.

The die cuts include Pumpkins, Bats and Ghosts. The pumpkin includes a backing of silver foil.  The tags are die cut and creased with colored edges in white, purple and orange.  The bags include a flat bottom piece to help your treats sit flat.

Here's what each of the finished bags look like when filled with Halloween treats.

24 Treat Packages with the Paper Pumpkin Halloween set

Here's a close up of the unique stamp set included with this month's kit.  It includes so many cute sentiments and images that you'll be able to use for much more than your treat bags.  Use it on gift tags, cards and other teat packaging this Halloween.  The Basic Gray stampin' Spot is a perfect color to use with this kit.

If you purchased the September kit, here's the Stampin' Up!unboxing video.  If the video doesn't show up in your email client, here's a link to the unboxing video.

To learn more about Paper Pumpkin kits, here's a short video.  Be ready for a little bit of MAGIC!  If the video doesn't show up, use this link to view.

Paper Pumpkin is an incredible value!  In addition to sending you an exclusive stamp set and ink spot, everything you need to make awesome projects, including written instructions and an on-line video for assembling your kit, is included.  Just add glue and scissors.  One month it might be cards and matching envelopes, the following month a home decor project, or a gift packaging kit.  Its a different surprise each month.

Its flexible.  You can order a subscription for one month, 6 months, or 12 months, and you can suspend for a month at anytime.  Its perfect if you love to craft, but don't have a lot of supplies or a room for crafting.

Since all the prep work is done, the projects take a shorter time to complete, making it the perfect on-the-go-craft.  Take to you child's game or assemble your kit while sitting in your doctor's waiting room.

To order a Paper Pumpkin kit, or start a subscription for your self or to give as a gift to a crafty friend, visit the Stampin' Up! Paper Pumpkin site today.

Halloween Scenes Edgelits Die

I can't believe its almost Halloween already.  FOr some reason I skipped fall and started making Christmas Cards when the Stampin' Up! Holiday catalog came out.  I was determined to get an early start this year.  Now I'm playing catch up on Halloween!

Internet blogs and Pinterest have been filled with cute ideas for Halloween treats and card.  Today's Halloween ideas are cased with a bit of my own flair added to make them mine.

This cute little box is perfect for holding a few Dark Hershey Kisses.  The original idea came from the blog.

I changed up the bow, used a different sentiment and banner from Sweet Home stamp set and matching die and added a bat from the Sweet Home set.  The box is covered on four sides with Designer Series Paper from the Halloween Nights Specialty pack.  The bat and the banner are popped up with dimensionals.

Stamps: Sweet Home Stamp Set (Sentiment) and bat
Ink: Black Staz-On
Paper: Basic Gray, Tangerine Tango, Halloween Night Speciality Designer Series Paper

Accessories:  Halloween Night Baker's Twine, 1/8" Handheld cirlce punch, Standard Cutting Pads, Thin Die Adapter, Big Shot Platform, Big Shot Die Cutting Machine,

The card is cased from  It uses the stamp and die set bundle, Soopky Fun Stamp Set, and Halloween Scenes Edgelits Dies. It has a most unusual die cut as the card opens at the die cut fence.   This photo (below) gives you an indea of how small the little treat box is as it sits next to a 5-1/2 X 4X1/4 standard card
