This beautiful card showcases the sophisticated Beautiful Galley Designer Series papers, featuring delightful blossoms. To complement the floral print a warmer peach shade was created by using a Small Blending Brush and Peach Pie ink on each blossom. The chosen colors include Soft Sea Foam, Mossy meadow, and Very Vanilla. A sentiment label crafted from Very Vanilla using the Hugs Abloom Dies, a Paper Pumpkin add-on, displays a message stamped with Mossy Meadow ink from the retired Sketched Butterflies Stamp Set. The card is accented with retired Soft Sea Foam Seam Binding Ribbon and Mossy Meadow Adhesive-Backed Speckled Dots. The Beautiful Gallery Suite is currently part of Stampin' Up!'s Buy One Suite, Get One 50% Off promotion, making it an excellent time to explore this versatile Collection. Read more below.
The cardbase for this card is Soft Sea Foam Cardstock. Then a panel of Mossy Meadow Cardstock used as a matte for the Beautiful Gallery 6" X 6" Designer Series Paper. The Beautiful Gallery Designer Series Paper (DSP) is a 3" wide panel with the lines and text at the top and bottom trimmed leaving a 5" length. To hide the line on the right side of the DSP I found a retired Soft Sea Foam Seam Binding Ribbon, and created a knotted ribbon accent. Also, before mounting the floral print on the matte, I used a Small Blending brush and a Peach Pie Ink Pad, and lightly colored the flowers with a peach tint -- not heavy, just a very light swirl of Peach Pie ink on each blossom.
The sentiment labels are created using the the Hugs Abloom Dies with Very Vanilla Cardstock. The sentiment is from the retired Sketched Butterflies stamped with Mossy Meadow ink. The sentiment label is popped up on Dimentionals. Mossy Meadow Dots from the Adhesive Backed Speckled Dots were scattered throughout the sentiment label and card front.
