Stampin' Up! Tin Tile Embossing Folder

  • Stampin' Up! Tin Tile Embossing Folder
  • Painted Seasons Bundle from the 2nd Sale-Bration-Release
  • Join us March 3 for Embossing Folders Technique class

Stampin' Up! Tin Tile Embossing Folder

I was so excited when Stampin' Up! released the carry-over list from the Holiday catalog late last year and learned that the Tin Tile Dynamic Textured Embossing Folder was on that list.  Than I went ga-ga over all the Occasions Catalog and Sale-A-Bration products and my poor Tin Tile Embossing Folder was move further and further back in my embossing folder file.  When I planned my upcoming March 3 Embossing Folder class, I originally planned to only showcase the new Country Florals embossing folder from the 2nd release of Sale-A-Bration Selections, but I stumbled across the Tin Tile Embossing Folder and I just couldn't resist making a card with this beautiful embossing folder and paired it with images from the new Painted Seasons Stamp Set.  I hope you fall in love with this embossing folder all over again the way I did.

I used a basecard of Crumb Cake, then another layer of Crumb Cake dry embossed with the Tin Tile Embossing Folder.  I then used a Sponge Dauber and enhanced the embossing with Crumb Cake ink.

Then I tried several different die cuts, and by the time I settled on which to use, I had built a beautiful layered sentiment area using dies from the Wonderful Floral Framelits Die Set, the Stitched Framelit Dies, the Detailed Trio Punch and a new punch that will become available to customers in just a few days (March 1) called the Story Label Punch, which is meant to coordinate with Sale-A-Bration items.  The final accent is the 3/16" Braided Linen Trim--another carryover from the Stampin' Up! Holiday catalog

I used a Very Vanilla Die cut from Wonderful Florals Framelits as the base for my sentiment layer.  Then a Rich Razzleberry Die cut from the Stitched Framelits Dies. Then the sentiment from Butterfly Gala is stamped on a Very Vanilla layer punched out with the Story Label Punch. The edges of the punched sentiment layer is decorated using the Detailed Trio punch. The Old Olive leaves are die cut using the dies from the Wonderful Floral Framelits Dies.  Then, I stamped the two flowers from the Painted Seasons Stamp Set in Rich Razzleberry Ink onto Very Vanilla,  Although there is a new Four Seasons Framelits Dies set becoming available March 1, I don't' yet have it, and found I could quickly fussy cut my flowers for my two cards.   However, for making several more of these cards, I intend to order these coordinating dies as soon as possible.   I love working with Embossing Folders because they look impressive, with very little effort.

You're sure to find lots of uses for the Stampin' Up! Tile Tin Embossing Folder as you coordinate your cards with your new Occasions and Sale-A-Bration items...including the new items from the second release of Sale-A-Bration selections.   Place a $50 order today, and pick a free Sale-A-Bration selection from the Sale-A-Bration Brochures.

  • Which stamp sets will carry over from the Holiday catalog?
  • A new Stamparatus Bag coming soon

Stampin' Up! Detailed with Love

I had to show you yet another beautiful swap card I received while in Orlando.  I'm still enjoying the swaps I received even though its been a full week since I've been home.  This swap was received in one of the organized swaps I was in.  It was created by Sandy MacFarlain  from Monument, Colorado.  I was blown away by the beauty of this card.  It uses the Detailed with Love stamp set.  Just holding it in your hands makes you feel special.  I'm so grateful for the time my fellow demonstrators devoted to creating these wonderful cards.   It shows such a range of ideas.

This card uses the our Copper Foil Sheets and the Tin Tile Dynamic Textured Embossing Folder.  The drama from this card is created using running a Black Stazon ink pad across the surface of your embossed foil sheet and the drying the surface with our heat tool.  Great new!  The Tin Tile Dynamic Textured Embossing Folder will carry over to the next catalog.  Add it to your Wish List now while your thinking about it.

The embossed Copper Foil Sheet is mounted on a Basic Black Base card.  It has a clear window that shows the I love you stamped on the inside of the card.  The sentiment in the Ovals is from the Detailed with Love stamp set and it is cut using the Ovals from the Stitched Shapes Framelit Dies.

Stampin' Up! posted a list of Holiday Catalog items recently that had received higher-than-forecasted demand and were sold out, as well as several items with low inventory.  If you've had your eye on any items from the Holiday catalog, make sure you order soon.  Take a look at other sets and dies available in the Stampin' Up! Main Catalog as well as the Holiday Catalog.

Also, these items from the Holiday catalogs will carry over, which means your investment in these sets will extend beyond the holidays.  There may be more carry overs, but we know about these for certain.
