Stampin' Up! Beautiful You set
This card came together so quickly. I'm usually not a fan of blue. I tend toward the pinks, Sweet Sugarplum, and Soft Suede and brown neutrals. However, I hadn't used the beautiful 3/8" Metallic Ribbon that I earned as one of my free Sale-A-Bration gifts, and this seemed like the perfect card to showcase this ribbon.
I used one of the papers from the Falling In Love Designer Series Paper packs (142788) and Soft Sky cardstock, which coordinates with this paper. I stamped one of the girls from Beautiful You onto a piece of watercolor paper, which I die cut with the Stitched Shapes Framelit Dies, and finished the card with a few embellishments. The 3-dimensional flower with rhinestones is from the Falling In Love Embellishments. To coordinate with the gold flecks in the ribbon, I added a couple of round Metallic Enamel Shapes.
I love how soft and pretty this card turned out. I decided to add the sentiment to the inside of the card rather than add another element to the card front.
