Merry Music Designer Series Paper
Continuing my series of Black and White Christmas Cards, today I'm using the Merry Music Designer Series Papers. All of the papers in this pack are Black and White. They are also a lightweight paper printed with traditional Christmas Carols. Instead of two sheets per design, like most of the Stampin' Up! Designer Series Papers, This lightweight paper includes 4 sheets of 6 double sided designed. That's 24 sheets verses most of our Designer Series Papers, with only 12 sheets. If you're looking for an economical designer paper for your 2017 Christmas Cards, Merry Music is the perfect choice.
To add a bit of Christmas cheer to the basic black and white paper card, I added small pops of Real Red accents. The basecard is Basic Black, then a Whisper White Layer, and then the Merry Music Specialty Designer Series Paper.
I added an Silver Foil Snowflake, and then a Real Red and Whisper White banner.
I used the Snowflakes Sentiments and stamped the sentiment in Real Red. The Basic Black Archival boarder was created using the Labels to Love Stamp Set and then punched with the coordinating Everyday Label Punch from the Holiday catalog.
I added additional red accent with a small ribbon bow using the 1/8" Real Red Ribbon, a Real Red Snowflake created with one of the snowflake dies from the Seasonal Layers Thinlits, and the added clear Faceted Gems to each end of the Red and White banner.
