Royal Peacock Card Idea

  • Stampin' Up! Noble Peacock Suite
  • Check that your Stampin' Up! profile isn't "no contact" so I can send you a holiday catalog
  • Upcoming class listing

Detailed Peacock Dies

The Nobel Peacock Suite sat on my work desk too long and I finally found a moment to use it on a card.  This Suite includes Royal Peacock Bundle as well as two papers - a printed foil and a plain foil - plus an embossing folder, colored rhinestones and Olive Oil/Pretty Peacock reversible ribbon.  Take a look at page 24-26 of the Stampin' Up! annual catalog for a closer look at everything in this beautiful suite.  My inspiration for this card came from another demonstrator, Linda Richenberg at Cards by Wynnie. As always, the foils in this card just don't photograph s beautiful as they are in real life, but the shine gives you a hint at the loveliness of this card.

The basecard for this card is Night of Navy.  Then a layer of Whisper White.  Then a layer of the Noble Peacock Specialty Designer Series Paper.  Then an image layer of Whisper White.

The image layer is stamped with Night of Navy using one of the stamps from the Very Versailles Stamp Set.  This stamp set has so many wonderful pieces, if you love creating Shabby Chic cards, you'll want to add this stamp set to your stamping shelf.  I used the Detailed Peacock Dies to create the peacock image.  I die cut it out of one of the Blueberry Bushel foil prints in the Nobel Peacock Specialty Designer Series Paper Pack.  The two Peacock feathers are die cut out of the Noble Peacock Specialty Designer Series Paper Pack also.  One from Blueberry Bushel and the other out of Pretty Peacock.

Notice the colored rhinestones accenting this card?  These are also part of the Noble Peacock Suite.  See a close-up of them on the top of page 178 of the annual catalog.  You'll get 140 pieces in 5 different colors.

If you purchased the Royal Peacock Bundle consisting of the Royal Peacock Stamp Set, and the Detailed Peacock Dies for $46.75 and the Noble Peacock Rhinestones for $5.50, you'll save 10% on the bundle over purchasing the two items separately, and you'll earn a $5 coupon code to use in August.   Each $50 you spend in July earns you a coupon code to redeem in August, and you'll Love What You Make with this bundle.

Are You Listed as "No Contact" on my customer List?  That means I can't send you a Holiday Catalog.

When you set up your customer profile before you placed your first order with me as your demonstrator, some of you elected "no contact" as part of your Stampin' Up! store profile.

What does "no contact" mean?
It means:

  • I can't mail you a copy of the annual Stampin' Up! catalog, Holiday catalog, Occasion Catalog or Sale-A-Bration catalog
  • I can't send you emails with card ideas or upcoming classes or card kits
  • I can't send you emails to let you know when the trimmer cutting blades are back in stock
  • I can't send you new product information not in the catalog, like the new Embossing Plate needed for the new-style 3D embossing folders
  • I can't tell you when out-of-stock products are back in stock, like Storage by Stampin' Up!
  • I can't send you a note to let you know that Stampin' Up! puts new items on the Clearance rack
  • I can't give you a heads up when popular items are becoming low stock and you should order soon
  • I can't send you a note about Stampin' Up! bonus day where you you earn $5 coupons for every $50 you spend in July and redeem in August
  • I can't tell you about Recruiting promotions where you can join as an Independent Stampin' Up! demonstrator and, get $155 worth of merchandise you select from the current catalogs for $99.  Plus you earn another $10 coupon to spend later.
How do you fix your profile?
Remove the "no contact" from your profile on my Stampin' Up! Store.

  • Sign into your profile and ensure that I'm allowed to contact you.
  • Then, if you've purchased from me in the past 6 months, I can add your name to my list of customers who will receive a free Holiday catalog from me in late August.
  • I'm putting together my mailing list this month to have Stampin' Up! send the Holiday catalogs to you directly, so be sure you've checked your profile this week and that it doesn't say "no contact".
  • Or, join my team this month and we'll see a .pdf of the Holiday catalog July 23 and we can place early demonstrator orders from the catalog in August to get an early start on our fall and Holiday projects.
