Snailed It Stamp Set from Stampin' Up! creates adorable greeting cards

  • Stampin' Up! Snailed It Stamp Set
  • Snail Mail Suite is a collection you'll want in your next order
  • Time to order retiring 2019-2021 In Color Products

Some times its relaxing to fussy cut the images on a sheet of Designer Series Paper while you're watching TV or listing to a pod cast.  I recent spent some time doing just that using one of the prints in Snail Mail Designer Series Paper package from the Stampin' Up! January-June 2021 Mini Catalog.  Today I had fun creating little scenes using the images fussy cut from one of the prints.  I used the Blushing Bride and Pool Party in another print to add layers and mats to my card.  Then I used a Gray Granite neutral that offset the circle I cut using the Layering Circle Dies and I used the die cut circle as the base for one of my scenes  I white-embossed the word "hello" onto a piece of Real Red for my sentiment.  Its so cute; I can't stop smiling when I look at it.

The basecard for this card is Blushing Bride Cardstock.  Then a mat of Pool Party Cardstock with a print from the Snail Mail Designer Series Paper on top of the mat.    I die cut a scalloped rectangle from Gray Granite Cardstock as an accent for the images.  The image layer is also Blushing Bride cardstock dry embossed using the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder.

The mushroom's, snail, paper airplane, and letter images are all fussy cut from the one of the prints from the Snail Mail Designer Series Paper. The mushrooms are glued directly to the Blushing Bride Background.  The rest of the images were mounted on Dimensionals.

I used a die from the Tasteful Labels Dies to die cut a banner for the hello sentiment.  The sentiment is from the Snailed It Stamp Set.  It is stamped in Versamark, covered with White Stampin' Emboss Powder, and the Embossing Powder is set using the Heat Tool.  The sentiment banner is raised on Stampin' Dimensionals.  I added a couple of Resin Hearts to the edge of the Gray Granite Cardstock layer as a final accent.

Stampin' Up! Floral Greeting cards using Happy Thoughts Stamp Set

  • Stampin' Up! Happy Thoughts Stamp Set
  • Flowering Dies create beautiful borders
  • Had you seen the Butterfly Bouquet from the upcoming Annual Catalog

What are you doing with the Designer Series Paper you earned during Sale-A-Bration?  I'm still finding fun layouts that show off my favorites.  I'm using one of the prints from Flower & Field Designer Series Paper to make a collection of fast, easy floral cards to have on had.  Changing the sentiments from Happy Thoughts Stamp Set makes this card do double..triple duty! I added a border from the Flowering Dies, and the sheer Pool Party bow adds just the right touch of lightness to this card.  Need to dress this up just a bit more?  Add one of the new butterflies from the Butterfly Bouquet.

Floral Think Of You Greeting Card using Stampin' Up! Flowring Dies

This card uses a basecard of card of Pool Party cardstock. Then I die cut a Basic White Boarder using the Flowering Dies for the bottom of the card.   TIP:  lay your boarder onto your Silicone Craft Sheet and then add glue to the backside. Keep your border in one place while applying glue.   I use Multipurpose Liquid Glue straight from the bottle.  However, you can also use a sponge to add glue to your border.  The Silicon Craft Sheet keeps your border from sticking to the surface of your scrap paper.  I cut a strip of one of the prints from Flower & Field Designer Series Paper for the top part of my card.

I used the ovals from the Stitched Shapes Dies to create a label for my sentiment. I selected different sentiments from the Happy Thoughts Stamp Set and stamped them onto the oval labels using Shaded Spruce ink.  I popped the label up on Dimensionals and attached it to the center of the card.

Greeting Card ideas using Stampin' Up! Happy Thoughts Stamp Set

I created a triple bow using 3/8" Pool party sheer Ribbon and attached it using Glue dots to the side of the sentiment.  stamped the butterfly and the humming bird in Tuxedo Black Memento ink,  then colored them lightly using Bermuda Bay Stampin' Blends.   I fussy cut the images, and mounted them on Dimensionals.    Then I added a few Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels.
