Snailed It Stamp Set from Stampin' Up! creates adorable greeting cards

  • Stampin' Up! Snailed It Stamp Set
  • Snail Mail Suite is a collection you'll want in your next order
  • Time to order retiring 2019-2021 In Color Products

Some times its relaxing to fussy cut the images on a sheet of Designer Series Paper while you're watching TV or listing to a pod cast.  I recent spent some time doing just that using one of the prints in Snail Mail Designer Series Paper package from the Stampin' Up! January-June 2021 Mini Catalog.  Today I had fun creating little scenes using the images fussy cut from one of the prints.  I used the Blushing Bride and Pool Party in another print to add layers and mats to my card.  Then I used a Gray Granite neutral that offset the circle I cut using the Layering Circle Dies and I used the die cut circle as the base for one of my scenes  I white-embossed the word "hello" onto a piece of Real Red for my sentiment.  Its so cute; I can't stop smiling when I look at it.

The basecard for this card is Blushing Bride Cardstock.  Then a mat of Pool Party Cardstock with a print from the Snail Mail Designer Series Paper on top of the mat.    I die cut a scalloped rectangle from Gray Granite Cardstock as an accent for the images.  The image layer is also Blushing Bride cardstock dry embossed using the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder.

The mushroom's, snail, paper airplane, and letter images are all fussy cut from the one of the prints from the Snail Mail Designer Series Paper. The mushrooms are glued directly to the Blushing Bride Background.  The rest of the images were mounted on Dimensionals.

I used a die from the Tasteful Labels Dies to die cut a banner for the hello sentiment.  The sentiment is from the Snailed It Stamp Set.  It is stamped in Versamark, covered with White Stampin' Emboss Powder, and the Embossing Powder is set using the Heat Tool.  The sentiment banner is raised on Stampin' Dimensionals.  I added a couple of Resin Hearts to the edge of the Gray Granite Cardstock layer as a final accent.

If you've purchased Stampin' Up! products through the years, you're probably familiar with Retiring Products Lists and retiring In Colors in advance of the launch of new catalogs.  This year is no different.  Later this month -- 24 March 2021 -- I'll post the list of retiring products so you can plan your purchases and pick up your favorites before they retire and the new Annual Catalog launches 4 May 2021.

One set of products we know will retire are the 2019-2021 In Color Collections of Cardstock, Stamp Pads, Ink Refills, Stampin' Blends, 6 X 6 Designer Series Paper, and Accessories.  As soon as the retiring product list is published on 24 March, you'll probably see any items in the 2019-2021 In Colors -- Rococo Rose, Terracotta Tile, Pretty Peacock, Seaside Spray and Purple Posy -- on the retiring list get snapped up within the first few hours after the retiring products list is published.

If you need to stock up on 2019-2021 In Color ink pads, ink refills and cardstock, order now.  Or, if you've been putting off getting the 2019-2021 In Color inks, papers, or accessories order them today.  Several of the 2019-2021 In Color inks, refills and cardstock colors are already on the Stampin' Up! Low Inventory list, with a few items on backorder to arrive before 24 March.  Order while supplies remain.
