Walking Down another Daisy Lane using the Daisy Lane Stamp Set

  • Daisy Lane Stamp Set from Stampin' Up!
  • Choose from two upcoming card classes

A Daisy Lane card idea

This is a card we'll make in the two upcoming classes listed below.  This card uses the Daisy Lane Stamp Set and the two coordinating punches -- the Daisy Punch and the Medium Daisy punch.  Fast, simple card, but a fun card to send or receive.  I love creating cards several times a week, but sometimes I'm just out of creative ideas.  I am so pleased that there is such a large Stampin' Up! community of stampers posting on Instagram, Pinterest, plus Stampin' Up! provides demonstrators great inspiration on their web site and through quarterly publications and semi-yearly events. If you're a stamper, never hesitate to CASE (Copy and Share with Everyone) ideas from me, the Stampin' Up! catalogs, or others and change it up with your own supplies and cardstock colors. Stampers are a great, sharing community!

The background on the Sahara Sand layer is created using the leaf stamp from the Daisy Lane set.  I tried it both full saturation of ink or stamped off.  I liked them both so if you attend one of the classes below you'll get to choose to stamp the background full strength or stamped off.

This card uses a basecard of Sahara Sand Cardstock.  Then a layer of Heather Highland is die cut using the Stitched Rectangle dies.

The large Daisy was stamped in Heather Highland ink on Whisper White and punched out twice. The two Daisies are then layered together to give the Daisy more fullness.  I stamped the stem and leaves on Whisper White with Old Olive ink and fussy cut before gluing to the Heather Highland rectangle.   Then I popped the Daisy Heads up on Dimensionals and added it to the card.

I then used two dies from the Detailed Bands Dies and cut a mat out of Heather Highland and a sentiment layer out of Whisper White.  I used two different sentiments from the Daisy Lane stamp set on the two cards above. I added a Gorgeous Grape Glitter Enamel Dots to the corner of the sentiment.

To get the most out of the Daisy Lane Stamp Set, I recommend also getting both the Daisy Punch and the Daisy Lane Bundle which includes the Daisy Lane stamp set and the Medium Daisy Punch.  You'll Love What You Make with this set.
