Here's how to use a variety of different stamps, dies and punches to create Fun Valentines

  • Stampin' Up! Valentine Card and Treat Box
  • Heartfelt Bundle, Heart to Heart, and Meant To Be Stamp Sets
  • March Here's To You Paper Pumpkin Kit and Sneak Peek Video

I don't recall a time when we've had soooo many heart sets or Valentine set to play with! I'm having so much fun mixing and matching items from multiple Stampin' Up! stamp sets, coordinating dies and punches, and using free paper from Sale-a-Bration to create wonderful Valentine cards and treats packaging.  My color theme is Poppy Parade, Rococo Rose, and Flirty Flamingo.  Then I used the Love You Always Treat Boxes from the January- June 2021 Mini Catalog to make a matching candy holder  What do I do with all these Valentine sets following February 14th?  I continue to use these wonderful sets all year for weddings, anniversaries, or just to let someone know how much I love them. How can you earn free paper, too? Place a $50 order (less tax and shipping) before 28nFebruary 2021, and earn a free Sale-A-Bration Selection.

Valentine Card and Treat Box from Stampin' Up!

The card uses a basecard of Thick Basic White Cardstock.  Then a layer of Poppy Parade.  Then a layer of the Rococo Rose Oh So Ombre Designer Series Paper from the free Sale-A-Bration selections.  I used one of the dies from the Floral Heart Dies to die cut several small Poppy Parade and Flirty Flamingo hearts, backed with Adhesive sheets, which I added to the Rococo Rose Oh So Ombre Designer Series Paper layer. Then I die cut a scalloped, stitched Basic White layer using one of the Stitched So Sweetly Dies to use as the background for my images

I used dies form the Be Mine Stitched Dies set, Many Hearts Dies, the Heart Punch Pack, and stamps from the Heartfelt Stamp Set to create the hearts for my image layer.  The heart on the left is die cut from Poppy Parade.  The one on the right is die cut from Rococo Rose Love You Always Foil Sheets, and the heart under it from the Heartfelt Stamp Set and is stamped in Poppy Parade ink and punched out with the scalloped heart punch from the Heart Punch Pack.

I added a Sheer Real Red Ribbon, a carry over ribbon from the August-December 2020 mini catalog.  I also added a few Resin Hearts to my image layer.

I also used the new Match Box Treat Boxes to make a coordinating box for a few wrapped candies.  The box is called Love You Always Treat Box from the Love You Always Suite on page 12 of the January-June 2021 Mini Catalog.  It arrives flat and folds together in seconds without the need for gluing!  Then, you can decorate it in any theme to fit your needs -- birthday treats, Valentine gifts, Anniversary surprise, or just a little "Thinking-of-You" chocolate surprise. It is a nice size for holding small gifts or treats.

I followed the same color theme as my card, and covered the box in Poppy Parade, and die cut an image layer using one of the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.  I added a couple of die cut hearts, and stamped a sentiment from the Meant To Be Stamp Set using Poppy Parade ink for the box front.  I added a sheer Real Red box and attached the ribbon to the underside of the box using glue dots.

The treat box slides open like a match box, with room for small gifts or sweet treats.
