One of my favorite carry over sets from the previous catalog to the current annual catalog is the Nothing's Better Than Stamp Set and the coordinating Love You More Than...Dies. With several June Birthdays and Graduations, the coffee theme in this set was the perfect idea for a card and a gift. I created a pocket in my card to hold a gift card from a coffee house, and selected the sentiments based on the personality of the recipient. I used Coastal Cabana as my main color as it works for both male and female gift giving, and used Bermuda Bay as my accent color. The dies in the Love You More Than... set were used to die cut multiple coffee cups for the front of my card, and I stamped the word "coffee" stamp multiple times on the Coastal Cabana layer to create a pattern for my card. It turned out to be such fun card, I made several while I had my supplies out. You'll enjoy creating fun looks with this stamp set using different die cuts, coloring medium and different accessories. Today's card uses a base card of Coastal Cabana Cardstock. Then a layer of Basic White Cardstock, and then another layer of Coastal Cabana stamped in a repeating pattern using the Coffee stamp from the Nothing's Better Than Stamp Set. My sentiment layer is a circle of Basic White die cut using the largest circle from the Beautiful Shapes Dies.
I used the coffee mug die and stamped it multiple times on Coastal Cabana and Bermuda Bay Cardstock. Then I used the coffee mug die from the Love You More Than stamp set o die cut several coffee mugs to use n the card front. I also used the dies to die cut the word coffee out of Coastal Cabana Cardstock. I fussy cut the darker shadow around the word coffee from Bermuda Bay Cardstock. I added the coffee mugs scattered on the front of the card.
Inside my card, I created a pocket for holding a gift card, using the gift card holder from Celebrating In Color May 2022 Paper Pumpkin Kit as a template. I added a couple more die cut coffee mugs, and I stamped a sentiment from the Go To Greetings Stamp Set to finish my card. I love how this turned out!
