Stampin' Up! Meant To Be Bundle

Its time to begin thinking about your Valentine's Day cards!.  Yes, I know.  It seems that Christmas was just the other day.  We'll when I visited my local Walmart right after Christmas, they were already stocking the candy aisle with Valentine's Day chocolate candy boxes and bags of heart-shaped candies.  Today's card highlights the Stampin' Up! Meant To Be Bundle.  This is a Stamp set filled with hearts and Valentine's Day sentiments, but includes sentiments that makes it useful for anniversaries and sending little love notes in your husband's lunch box.  This bundle also includes the Be Mine Stitched Framelits Dies, which includes a wide assortment of stitched shaped and hearts with different boarders, plus additional boarders to use throughout your cards and Valentine's Day treat packaging.  If you haven't already done so, download and look through the Occasions catalog and the Sale-A-Bration Brochure to see all of the lovely, new sets and new products available.

Also using the Be Mine Stitched Framelits Dies

The basecard for this card is Thick Whisper White.  Then a layer of one of the patterns from the All My Love Designer Series Paper.

Then I die cut the edges of a strip of Whisper White with the scalloped edge dies that is part of the Be Mine Stitched Framelits Dies.  I dry embossed a strip of Lovely Lipstick cardstock with the Lace Embossing Folder and added it on top the scalloped-edge Whisper White.

I added a bow and ribbon using the 5/8" Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon.  I tripped the bow to make it puffy, yet the light weight of this tulle ribbon make sit lay flat for easy shipping.

Then I die cut two different hearts using the Be Mine Stitched Framelits Dies, both from the Whisper White cardstock, and adhered them to the front of the card using Multipurpose glue.

The sentiment is from the Meant to Be stamp set and stamped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink onto a stitched oval Whisper White label.  The sentiment is mounted on Dimensionals and added to the card.

You'll want to purchase the Meant to Be stamp set and framelits as a bundle at a 10% savings (150587) over purchasing the Meant To Be Stamp Set and Be Mine Stitched Framelits Dies separately.  This is an investment set as you'll find these hearts and sentiments from the stamp set to work not only for Valentine's Day but for Weddings, Engagements, Anniversaries, and just to let someone know they make you happy.   This bundle qualifies you for a Level 1 selection from the Sale-A-Bration Brochure during Sale-A-Bration.  Order the Meant To Be bundle soon so you have time to create your Valentine's cards and treat packaging.

Stampin' Up! Sneak Peek at the Be Mine Stitched Framelits Dies

  • A Sneak Peek at the Be Mine Stitched Framelits Dies
  • Lovely prints from the All My Love Designer Series Paper
  • Paper Pumpkin and Animal Expedition team up for Valentines

Stampin' Up! Be Mine Stitched Framelits Dies

I know, I know.  It's not even Christmas,so what am I doing showing Valentine's Cards already.  Because demonstrators can pre-order from the upcoming catalogs, I'm just too excited to wait to show you some of the new items coming your way in January from the Spring Occasions catalog.  What I'm showing today is the new All My Love Designer Series Paper, Be Mine Stitched Framelits Dies, and the sentiment is from the Forever Lovely stamp set.  You'll see them all in the new Occasions catalog, which will show up in your mail box towards the end of December if you're a customer of mine. If don't have a Stampin' Up! demonstrator and you need the upcoming catalogs, just let me know.

The card today uses a Crumb Cake cardstock base.  Then a layer of Powder Pink.  And then a layer of the All My Love Designer Series Paper.

I used the Be Mine Stitched Framelits Dies to create the two hearts.  The one on the left is Lovely Lipstick, and the one on the right is Pink Powder.  If you look closely, you can see the stitches on the Powder Pink heart.  This die set includes 16 dies, but several of the dies cut frames only, like the Power Pink die on my card.  When you cut this heart-shaped, stitched frame, you also cut a heart from the center, meaning your die does double duty.   I haven't begun to use all of the possible heart shapes created by this wonderful die set.

The sentiment shape is a die cut from the Lakeside Framelit Dies.  The sentiment is from the Forever Lovely Stamp Set, and the sentiment is stamped in Lovely Lipstick ink.  A Red Rhinestone accents the end of the sentiment label.

The ribbon is the 3/8" Powder Pink Shimmer Ribbon from the Stampin' Up! 2018-2019 Annual Catalog.  It is so lovely in real life. The entire All My Love Suite from the new Spring Occasions catalog will create cards not only for Valentine's Day, but Weddings, Anniversaries, and any time you want to let someone you love know you are thinking about them.

Year-End Closeouts sale through January 2, 2019

Want to know which Holiday Catalog items will carry over after January 2?  Download a pdf copy of the Holiday carryover list here.  Pay particular attention to the bundles in the current Holiday catalog that you're thinking about purchasing for next year.  Buy them before January 2, because the bundle price -- a 10% savings -- goes away at on January 2.  You'll still be able to purchase these carryover items after January 2, but you'll no longer get the 10% savings for purchasing them as a bundle.

You'll also want to stretch your holiday budget by purchasing discounted merchandise now, while supplies last.   A few surplus items from the annual catalog are also included in this sale.

This is also a great time to pick up your retiring favorites from the Holiday catalog that will go away January 2.

If you're like me, in addition to a list of the Holiday catalog carryover list, you want a complete list of the retiring Holiday catalog items so you can mark up your Stampin' Up! Holiday catalog for easier reference.  Here's a pdf of the Full Year-End Closeout list, including which items are discounted.
