I've used the wonderful Peaceful Deer Bundle -- Peaceful Deer Stamp Set and the coordinating Deer Punch Builder for several Christmas Cards this season.  And the good news is that the Peaceful Deer Bundle will carry over to next year's holiday catalog (July-December 22 Mini Catalog).  Another piece of wonderful news is that the January-June 2022 Mini catalog includes a Stamp Set that also works with the Deer Builder Punch, which means you'll have many ways to use this popular set all year long!  The new set is called Friends Of the Forest, and can be found on page 19 of the new mini catalog.

The Penguin Playmates Designer Series Paper is my selection again for today's card.  I'm highlighting this paper and the Peaceful Prints Designer Series Paper because both are Free Sale-A-Bration selections that disappear after 30 September 2021...that's TOMORROW!  These papers coordinate with Stamps, dies and punches from the July-December 2021 Mini Catalog, so if you want to create Fall and holiday cards using these fun papers, you'll want to place an order before midnight 30 September.   

I've never though of polar bears and penguins as Christmas characters, but the more I play with these images, the more versatile I find these personality-filled images to be. I fussy cut these images from the Penguin Playmates 12" X 12" Specialty Designer Series Paper.  I added a background from one of the prints from the Peaceful Prints Specialty Designer Series Paper.  I added a layer created using the Scalloped Contours Dies and dry embossed the Basic White basecard using the Pretty Flowers Embossing Folder.  I love how fun this card turned out.  And I think these will work not only for Christmas Cards, but also for more general cards. Once again, this is the final few days to add this fun paper or other free Sale-A-Bration sections to your supplies for Fall and holiday card making.

The basecard of for this card is Thick Whisper White dry embossed using the Pretty Flowers Embossing Folder.  Then a dies cut layer of Whisper White using Scalloped Contours Dies.   Then, I selected a print from the Peaceful Prints 12" X 12" Designer Series Paper, and I cut three strips to use as the image background for my card. 

Although  I also have the Penguin Place Stamp set, I fussy cut three images from the Penguins Playmates Designer Series Paper.  I layered the two Penguins on top of the Polar Bear.

To complete the card, I die cut a sentiment label using one of the dies from the from the Meadows  Dies and stamped sentiments from the Natures Harvest Stamp Set (Thank You) and the Peaceful Deer Stamp Set (Merry Christmas) using Tuxedo Black Ink.  I mounted the sentiment label on Dimensionals and added it to the card  To add a little bling, I selected rhinestones from the Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels and scattered a few on the image layer and sentiment.
