Stampin' Up! Tin Tile Embossing Folder

I was so excited when Stampin' Up! released the carry-over list from the Holiday catalog late last year and learned that the Tin Tile Dynamic Textured Embossing Folder was on that list.  Than I went ga-ga over all the Occasions Catalog and Sale-A-Bration products and my poor Tin Tile Embossing Folder was move further and further back in my embossing folder file.  When I planned my upcoming March 3 Embossing Folder class, I originally planned to only showcase the new Country Florals embossing folder from the 2nd release of Sale-A-Bration Selections, but I stumbled across the Tin Tile Embossing Folder and I just couldn't resist making a card with this beautiful embossing folder and paired it with images from the new Painted Seasons Stamp Set.  I hope you fall in love with this embossing folder all over again the way I did.

I used a basecard of Crumb Cake, then another layer of Crumb Cake dry embossed with the Tin Tile Embossing Folder.  I then used a Sponge Dauber and enhanced the embossing with Crumb Cake ink.

Then I tried several different die cuts, and by the time I settled on which to use, I had built a beautiful layered sentiment area using dies from the Wonderful Floral Framelits Die Set, the Stitched Framelit Dies, the Detailed Trio Punch and a new punch that will become available to customers in just a few days (March 1) called the Story Label Punch, which is meant to coordinate with Sale-A-Bration items.  The final accent is the 3/16" Braided Linen Trim--another carryover from the Stampin' Up! Holiday catalog

I used a Very Vanilla Die cut from Wonderful Florals Framelits as the base for my sentiment layer.  Then a Rich Razzleberry Die cut from the Stitched Framelits Dies. Then the sentiment from Butterfly Gala is stamped on a Very Vanilla layer punched out with the Story Label Punch. The edges of the punched sentiment layer is decorated using the Detailed Trio punch. The Old Olive leaves are die cut using the dies from the Wonderful Floral Framelits Dies.  Then, I stamped the two flowers from the Painted Seasons Stamp Set in Rich Razzleberry Ink onto Very Vanilla,  Although there is a new Four Seasons Framelits Dies set becoming available March 1, I don't' yet have it, and found I could quickly fussy cut my flowers for my two cards.   However, for making several more of these cards, I intend to order these coordinating dies as soon as possible.   I love working with Embossing Folders because they look impressive, with very little effort.

You're sure to find lots of uses for the Stampin' Up! Tile Tin Embossing Folder as you coordinate your cards with your new Occasions and Sale-A-Bration items...including the new items from the second release of Sale-A-Bration selections.   Place a $50 order today, and pick a free Sale-A-Bration selection from the Sale-A-Bration Brochures.
