Stampin' Up! Christmas Gleaming Stamp Set
Don't you just love all the copper foil elements showcased in the Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog? The papers, the foil sheets, the embossing powder, the accessories. It's so much fun to create when you have so many pieces that coordinate so well. Today, I'm showing a card I created for a recent swap with other Demonstrators. One of my contribution to this swap was this fun card using Christmas Ornaments created with the Christmas Gleaming Stamp Set, using Copper Foil and heat embossed designs from the stamp set.
Recipe
The basecard is Thick Very Vanilla Cardstock. Then a layer of Night of Navy Then a layer of Very Vanilla dry embossed with the Stylish Scroll Embossing Folder.
The image layer uses layers of Night of Navy, Very Vanilla, and a layer of one of the Night of Navy and Copper Foil Prints from the Brightly Gleaming Specialty Designer Series Paper. Then I used Versamark ink on Copper Foil and stamped two different ornaments from the Christmas Gleaming Stamp Set. Then I punched out the ornaments with the Gleaming Ornaments Punch Pack, which is a two-punch pack that coordinates with the Christmas Gleaming Stamp Set.
Then I used two of the sentiments from the Christmas Gleaming Stamp Set. Both are stamped in Night of Navy ink. Both are hand-cut before mounting them on Dimensionals and adding them to the card front.

To top off the card, I used the 3/8" Denim Ribbon from the annual catalog in a bow using my wood bow maker. Although it is difficult to see all of the copper foil details in the photographs, I loved the way this card turned out. This is one of the cards we're making in our upcoming Holiday Catalog class.
