Simple Valentine Card using Stampin' Up! Lots of Heart Bundle

  • Many Hearts Dies coordinates with the Lots of Heart Bundle
  • Final month to Join Stampin' Up! and earn an extra bonus

With February 14 fast approaching, I'm continuing to play with the many new heart sets from the January-June 2021 Mini Catalog.  Today I'm using the Lots of Heart Stamp Set and the Coordinating Many Hearts Dies.  I decided to create a simply, fast Valentine Card using one of the hearts from the stamp set die cut to a smaller size using one of the Many Hearts Dies.  My color combination includes Rich Razzleberry, Rococo Rose and Blushing Bride.  I found a cute little butterfly in the Many Hearts Dies and had to add a little bit of Gold Foil to the card.

The card uses a basecard of Thick Basic White Cardstock dry embossed using the Dainty Diamonds 3D Embossing Folder.  Then for the image layer, I used Basic White dry embossed using the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder.  I added borders to this layer using the hearts from the Floral Hearts Dies, from Rich Razzleberry Cardstock.

For the three hearts, I used one of the heart stamps from the Lots of Heart Stamp Set.  However, because it the heart image was too large to add three hearts to my card, I used one of the heart dies from the Many Heart Dies and die cut smaller heart images from the stamped images.  I stamped the hearts in Rich Razzleberry, Rococo Rose and Blushing Bride ink before die cutting them to the size I wanted for my card.  I popped them up on Dimensionals before adding them to my card.

The Lots of Heart Stamp set includes several sentiments you could use for Valentine's Day, thank you, or or just sending a note on the inside of your card.  I love the buffalo check heart in this set -- perfect for more masculine Valentines Cards or Anniversary cards.  I'm finding that the Lots of Heart Bundle to be one of the more versatile heart sets in the January -June 2021 Mini Catalog.  And purchasing the Lots of Heart Stamp Set and Many Hearts Dies as a bundle will save you 10% over purchasing them separately.
