Bubble Bath and Berry Burst Translucent Florals Greeting Cards

Here's another fun card idea using the Stampin' Up! Delightful Floral Designer Series Paper.  I love creating cards with florals as they are often synonymous with joy and pleasure.  My card today uses a color theme of Bubble Bath and Berry Burst.  I used the Countryside Blossoms Embossing Folder to create a subtle background on the Bubble Bath layer that nicely highlights the floral colors in the Delightful Floral Designer Series Paper.  I used the Bubble Bath Ribbon from the 3/8" Sheer Ribbon Combo Pack from the Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog to create a double bow for the front of my card.  I used a Bubble Bath Scrap for my sentiment, backed it with a small piece of Berry Burst Cardstock, and stamped a sentiment from the Translucent Florals Stamp in Berry Burst Ink onto the piece of Bubble Bath. Then I cut a tail end on one end and mounted it on Dimensionals.    The Translucent Florals Stamp Set and Dies and the Delightful Florals Designer Series Paper can be found on the Stampin' Up! Website under Online Exclusives.  These are not in the catalogs.

The basecard for this card is Berry Burst Cardstock.  Then I used a Bubble Bath Cardstock layer dry embossed using the Countryside Blossoms Embossing Folder.  Then I cut a piece of floral designer series paper from the Delightful Floral 12" X 12" Designer Series Paper from the Stampin' Up! Online Exclusives and matted it with a piece of Berry Burst Cardstock.     

Next, I selected a a Bubble Bath Ribbon from the 3/8" Sheer Ribbon Combo pack, which includes Bubble Bath, Azure Afternoon and Lemon Lolly Ribbons, and tied a double bow for the front of my card.        

  

To finish my cards, I die used a scrap of Bubble Bath Cardstock, matted with Berry Burst Cardstock to create a sentiment label.  I stamped sentiments from the Translucent Florals Stamp Set for one of my cards and and the Cheerful daisies Stamp Set on my card.  I stamps the sentiments in Berry Burst Ink.
