- Stampin' Up! Darling Details Stamp Set and Dies Bundle

The more I play with the Darling Details Stamp Set and coordinating Dies, the more elements I find to use on my cards. Today's card uses a background color theme of Pretty Peacock, Lost Lagoon and Pool Party. Then for accents I used Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie and Granny Apple Green. And they all worked! All of the die cuts used on this card are from the Darling Details Dies. This is one of the largest set of dies I've used in a while, with over 18 different dies in this set. This wasn't one of the first new sets I purchased from the Annual Catalog when it was released in May, but now that I've been playing with it for a while, I'm finding it to be one of the most utilitarian yet lovely bundles included in the latest Annual Catalog. You'll love playing with this versatile set and seeing how the different dies work together to create unique greeting cards you'll be proud to share with loved ones.
The basecard for today's card is Pretty Peacock Cardstock. Then a layer of Lost Lagoon die cut using the largest Darling Details eyelet die. Then a layer of Pool Party, using the smaller eyelet Darling Details Die. I layered a Basic White Cardstock layer under the Pool Party layer to use as my image layer.
Next, I created the stamped florals. I used Daffodil Delight ink on the inside of the two flowers, and Pumpkin Pie as the borders. Then I stamped the leaves using Granny Apple Green Ink. Then I used the Darling Details Dies to die cut these stamped elements. I also dies cut another floral and stems using Granny Apple Green Cardstock, and die cut one more stem out of Pumpkin Pie. The largest Daffodil Delight flower is popped up on Dimensionals.
Finally, I stamped the sentiments from the Darling Details Stamp Set on the Basic White layer using Lost Lagoon Ink. The majority of time to create this card is spent arranging the die cuts to fill the space with a pleasing layout. I admire stampers that have an eye for arranging multiple images on their cards.
