Stampin' Up! Lily Pad Dies

Some days its just fun to try something non-traditional.  Silver Glimmer paper on Lilies?  Oh, Yah!!  Today's card uses the Lily Pad Dies, a free selection with a $100 order (less tax and shipping) during Sale-A-Bration.  The Sale-A-Bration Brochure also includes a coordinating Lovely Lily Pad Stamp Set, free with a $50 order.  Both of these were at the top of my list for Sale-A-Bration selections.   I've used Basic Gray, Smoky Slate and Night of Navy along with the Silver Glimmer Paper.  A big thanks to Demonstrator, Mary Fish, the originator of this card, which she originally CASED from the Stampin' Up! Catalog.

The basecard for today's card is Basic Gray Cardstock.  Then a layer of Smoky Slate dry embossed with the Subtle Embossing Folder.

The lily images are dies cut out of Night of Navy and Smoky Slate using the Lily Pad Dies.  The Silver Shimmer images inside the dies cuts were also die cut using the Lily Pad Dies as well.

The sentiment is from the Peaceful Moments Stamp Set.  It is stamped in Night of Navy on Whisper White.   Its layer over a piece of 3/8' Denim Ribbon.  Then, I accented above Sevres lilieusing Frosted & Clear Epoxy Droplets.

This card would make a classy statement if sent to a good friend or co-worker.

You'll want to take a look at both the Lovely Lily Pad Stamp set and the Lily Pad Dies, which are on pages 4-5 of the  Sale-A-Bration Brochure. You'll love everything you make with these free gift with your$50 and $100 order during Sale-A-Bration.
