Easter Bunny Stamp Set and coordinating Easter Bunny Punch

  • Stampin' Up! Easter Bunny Stamp Set
  • Final Few days for Ten Years of Growth Paper Pumpkin Kit
  • Coming Soon:  Color Refresh

Here's another playful card using the adorable Easter Bunny Stamp Set and the coordinating Bunny Punch from the Stampin' Up! 2023 January-April Mini Catalog.  Take a look at yesterday's card here.    I getting an early start on Easter Cards and this stamp set includes everything to make fun cards.    I used a color theme of Balmy Blue, Basic White, along a Balmy Blue patterned paper from the Dandy Designs Designer Series Paper that I earned during Sale-A-Bration, and I'm finding it has great colors for Spring projects.    I colored my Bunnies with Soft Suede and Pale Papaya Blends and fussy cut one and used the Bunny Punch on the other.  I colored the eggs and the butterfly with Blends of various colors.  The Happy Easter sentiment is stamped in Soft Suede and cut apart to fit my card front.  I love that this card is a simple layout with no embellishments, yet looks very "finished".  You'll enjoy creating Bunny scenes with the Easter Bunny Stamp Set.

The basecard for today's card is Thick Basic White Cardstock.  Then I used a Balmy Blue print from the Dandy Designs 12" X 12" Designer Series Paper Pack and matted it in Basic White Cardstock and matted it again in Balmy Blue Cardstock.  That produced the image area for my card front.

Two Bunnies and Easter Egg on a Greeting Card using Easter Bunny Stamp Set from Stampin' Up!

I stamped the two Bunny images in Tuxedo Black Memento ink, and colored them using Soft Suede and Pale Papaya Blends.  I used the Bunny punch to punch out the bunny on the left, and fussy cut the bunny on the right. I stamped the eggs and fussy cut them before coloring them with Balmy Blue Highland Heather and Sweet Sorbet Blends.  I stamped the butterfly and colored it with Balmy Blue Blends.

Greeting Cards for Easter using Easter Bunny Stamp Set from Stampin' Up!

To finish my card, I stamped the Happy Easter sentiment from the Easter Bunny Stamp set in Soft Suede and fussy cut around the letters on one card.  On the other card, I die cut a Basic White label using the Stitched Rectangular Die and stamped the sentiment in Tuxedo Black Memento ink.  I like to make two cards when I create a design to be able to try different treatments.  I think I like the  top treatment for the sentiment, but the bottom treatment is more traditional.

Coming Soon:  Fresh New Colors

Its that time of the year when Stampin' Up! refreshes the color line adding several new colors to keep the product line fresh.  Additionally, the 2021-2023 In Colors -- Fresh Freesia, Polished Pink, Evening Evergreen, Soft Succulent, and Pale Papaya -- unless one or more are kept as part of the color refresh.  Demonstrators will hear about the refreshed color collection on 29 March.  That means customers will hear the details shortly thereafter.

As new colors are announced and we say goodbye to others, we often see retiring colors sell out.  Since these products will not be restocked, now is the time to check your stock of cardstock, ink pads and refills, Blends and Markers and place your order for the items you plan to continue using.  I just put more Fresh Freesia on order!
